Nominees may work with contractors or specialized service providers as needed, but they do not employ permanent full-time or part-time staff. They are the primary driving force behind their business, responsible for its vision, operations, growth, and success.

This award recognizes entrepreneurs who embody resilience, innovation, and leadership while building a business that reflects their values and commitment to serving others.
